Allan Hoppe and Steve Carter opened the doors to ABS Insulating in 1991. It has been an amazing 25 years and ABS Insulating has seen more growth and opportunity than was ever imagined. In 1991 the company was staying busy with 3 trucks and a small number of employees. The company today runs 20 trucks with over 50 employees, specializing installing thermal insulation and seamless gutters on single family houses in the greater Charlotte area an d surrounding counties.

ABS Insulating is honored to be a member of NICE, National Insulating Contractors Exchange, and has been for 10 years. Other memberships include the Homebuilders Association of Charlotte, Gaston Co, Union Co, York Co, and Lake Norman. These, along with other affiliations, have given the staff of ABS Insulating the opportunity to network in the community.

ABS is a hands-on operation, not a conglomerate. Customers can call and talk directly to the office staff or owners. We offer one-on-one customer service at the customer’s convenience. Many of our installers have been with us since the beginning and the owners pride themselves in being very hands-on and involved. At ABS Insulating we pride ourselves in quality products and great customer service .
